Email support

iOS Email setup file install

Ensure you install the Profile immediately after downloading it. Do not delay the installation process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation within 8 minutes. If you miss this time period, download it or request it again.

If we have sent you a mobileconfig email setup file, use the six steps below. If you are setting the mailbox up manually instead, use our email settings page.

1. Open the setup file

Open the email containing your setup profile and tap the attached mobile configuration file to download it.

2. Confirm the download

Your iPhone or iPad will confirm that the profile has downloaded. Tap Close, then move into Settings.

3. Open Profile Downloaded

In Settings, tap Profile Downloaded near the top of the screen. On some iOS versions this may appear under General and VPN & Device Management.

4. Review the profile

Check the account shown on the Install Profile screen, then tap Install in the top-right corner.

5. Accept the warning

Apple may warn that the profile is not signed. Continue only when the profile was supplied to you by Upfront Digital Designs. Tap Install to proceed.

6. Enter your mailbox password

Enter the password supplied for your email account. Passwords are case-sensitive and may contain special characters.

You should now be all set up. If you are not taken straight to your inbox, return to the main screen and select Mail.
